The Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) is a National, non-profit organisation promoting the progress of the gas industry. Through its many corporate member organisations in Nigeria, NGA covers all aspects of the national gas industry.

The Vision
Recognition that natural gas has an important part to play in satisfy the Nigerian and global needs for an environment-friendly energy source, NGA will be the most influential, effective and independent non-profit organisation, while serving as the voice for the gas industry in Nigeria.

The Mission
NGA will actively, directly and through its members, promote the technical and economic progress of the Nigeria gas industry.
NGA will work towards improving the competitiveness of gas in the domestic energy markets. By promoting the development and application of new technologies and best practices, NGA will help optimize the economics of the entire gas chain, while emphasizing sound environmental performance, safety and reliability.
NGA serving as the voice of the industry will promote transfer of technology and know how.
In carrying out this mission, NGA will maximise value to its members and gas customers.
